Prénatal

In our prenatal training sessions, we focus on caring for and strengthening the body of expectant mothers. You can learn exercises designed for all stages of pregnancy, which promote physical and mental well-being and prepare you for a better postpartum recovery.

Fitness Health

A ‘gentle gymnastics’ session in which low-intensity cardiovascular and toning exercises are performed with the objective of improving the functional capacity of the clients. Sessions will be divided into endurance, body weight, balance and coordination, strength, mobility and games.

Myofascial stretching

Recovery training that seeks to stretch and relax the muscles through stretching and myofascial massage.

Cyclo Indoor

Static bike training accompanied by a musical rhythm to improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity, varying the intensities according to the objective of the class. The sessions are divided into test, short, hiit, mixed and long.

Bodycombat

Choreographed cardiovascular training based on martial arts in which you will release large doses of adrenaline and discover your inner strength. Its movements come from different disciplines such as karate, taekwondo, muay-thai, boxing and tai-chi.

Zumba

Training session with choreographed musical support focused on maintaining a healthy body and develop, strengthen and give flexibility to the body through dance movements combined with an upbeat and fun music.

Soccer

Sports training session oriented to soccer, in which tasks specific to the sport will be performed and small games will be played among the participants.

Padel initiation

Training that takes place on the paddle court, which will seek to work and improve the different strokes and specific movements of the sport.

Volleyball

Sports training session oriented to volleyball, in which volleyball tasks and small games will be played among the participants.

Salsa & Bachata

Dance class in which you will learn steps of salsa and bachata styles in order to enjoy a lively session and improve your physical fitness.

Social Dancing

Dance activity that takes place at the Club House to put into practice what has been learned in salsa and bachata classes to enjoy in good company.

Styles

Dance class in which different modalities are performed such as: sexy style, burlesque, jazz, commercial, house, contemporary… with the aim of enjoying a lively session and improving physical fitness.

HBX-Boxing

Training program with music that combines functional exercises with punches to the punching bag, which will be your ultimate opponent. Accessible to anyone, even if they have never practiced combat sports. The use of MMA gloves is recommended.

Full Fitness

Total full-body training session with choreographed musical support, in which a part of cardiovascular work and another part of toning work accompanied by motivating music.

Full Tone

Full-body total body training session, with choreographed musical support, where toning work is performed accompanied by motivating music.

Full Circuit

Express training in a 30-minute circuit that seeks to develop physical capacities through weekly work stations and objectives. The sessions will be divided into: Cardio, Strength, Core, Mix.

Bodypump

Strength training with bars and discs that tones and strengthens the whole body. You will work the main muscle groups using the best exercises in the fitness room such as squats, deadlifts, presses and curls to great music.

GAP

Training session where we will focus on the lower body and core (glutes, abdomen and legs).

BEP

Training session where we will focus on the upper body and core (Arms, Back and Chest).

HIIT

Collective activity of short duration, where high intensity training through time intervals predominates.

Athletik

Functional training that seeks to improve the main physical capabilities that will allow us to achieve a more athletic fitness. The sessions are divided into Endurance, Strenght, Power, Speed and 360.

GRIT

30 minutes of high intensity interval training where you will improve your physical condition in a very fast way through 2 different formats:

Cardio: burns fat fast and burns calories.
Strength: improve your strength and muscle mass.

Elements

Training based on improving stability and strength through three elements such as bosu, fit-ball and suspension training.

Core 30'.

Training session of the central area of the body to improve posture, stability and prevention of back pathologies together with a final part of stretching.

Aqua-fit

Session to improve physical condition in an aquatic environment through different movements and exercises.

Normativa Interna

NORMATIVA GENERAL DE LAS INSTALACIONES

Horario de apertura:
- Lunes a viernes 07:00 a 22:00
- Sábado 09:00 a 21:00
- Domingos y festivos 09:00 a 18:00

Media hora antes del cierre, ya no se permitirá la entrada y quince minutos antes del cierre deben dejar los espacios de entrenamiento para su cierre.

Horario SPA
- Lunes a viernes 09:00 a 21:00
- Sábado 09:00 a 20:00
- Domingos y festivos: 09:00 a 17:00

Para acceder al interior del recinto es obligatorio acceder por los accesos específicos y pasar la tarjeta o llave por el control de accesos. La tarjeta o llave es personal e intransferible (prestarla supondrá la baja del titular). Su pérdida o deterioro supondrá la compra de una nueva.

Es obligatorio utilizar siempre los vestuarios para cambiarse, ya que no está permitido hacerlo en ninguna otra dependencia de las instalaciones.

NORMATIVA ADMINISTRATIVA Y CONDICIONES DE ABONO

El importe del primer pago se efectuará en efectivo o tarjeta en la recepción en el momento de realizar la inscripción.
Los siguientes pagos se domiciliarán entre el 1 y el 5 de cada mes en curso.
Si se desea realizar el pago mensual en efectivo o tarjeta en recepción, tendrá un suplemento de 5€ por gastos administrativos.
El cargo por recibo devuelto es de 4,50€ aproximadamente, según la tasa que imponga el banco correspondiente, que se tendrá que abonar con la mensualidad del 5 al 25 del mes que corresponda en efectivo o tarjeta en la recepción. Si pasada la fecha no se abona el importe, el abonado causará baja y perderá los derechos de plaza y matrícula.
Las cuotas de cursillo de natación se abonarán de forma mensual el mes de septiembre y trimestral a partir de octubre, enero y abril. Los cargos se efectuarán entre el 1 y el 5 del mes por domiciliación bancaria o domiciliación de tarjeta y si el pago es en efectivo o tarjeta en recepción tendrá un suplemento de 5€/mensual.
Si se deja el curso de natación antes de finalizar el trimestre, no se devolverá el importe del recibo.

BAJAS Y MODIFICACIONES

En caso de querer darse de baja se ha de notificar antes del día 25 del mes anterior al que se solicita la baja. Este trámite puede hacerse en la recepción, firmando el formulario de baja, o por escrito a través del email info@rafanadalclub.com o whatsapp 971171675; indicando el nombre completo y número de DNI.
Una vez finalizado el contrato, se puede devolver la llave de acceso y así recuperar la fianza. Las tarjetas no admiten devolución.
El hecho de darse de baja implica la pérdida de cuota de inscripción (matrícula) y los derechos adquiridos por socio.
El abonado podrá cambiar la modalidad de la cuota y datos bancarios siempre que lo comunique antes del día 25 del mes anterior al que se solicite la modificación.
Si no se puede acudir durante un mes, el abonado puede solicitar la cuota de excedencia que mantiene la matrícula. Esta se debe solicitar antes del 25 del mes anterior al que se solicite la modificación.
En la modalidad de pago trimestral, semestral o anual; NO se puede acceder a una excedencia o baja a lo largo del periodo pagado. Solo se podrá realizar en casos de fuerza mayor.
En el caso que se autorizase crédito por fuerza mayor, éste tendrá una validez máxima de un año desde que se causó la excedencia.
Se considera caso de fuerza mayor:
- Enfermedad o lesión que suponga una baja prolongada del socio titular de mínimo 1 mes de duración, debiendo proporcionar el correspondiente justificante médico.

NORMAS DE COMPORTAMIENTO

En beneficio de todos, es necesario que los usuarios tengan un comportamiento cívico adecuado.
El reiterado mal comportamiento/uso de las instalaciones a criterio del centro, faltas de respeto o agresión al personal o incumplimientos reiterados de la presente normativa, puede acarrear la baja temporal o definitiva como abonado del centro, sin derecho a devolución de cualquier cantidad abonada por adelantado. El centro se reserva el derecho de admisión.

Piscina

El usuario que tenga contratada la cuota de piscina tiene derecho a utilizar la piscina climatizada interior. La piscina exterior es de uso exclusivo de clientes de la Sport Residence.
A la piscina se debe acceder con bañador, gorro de baño y chanclas. También es obligatorio desmaquillarse y ducharse antes de entrar en la piscina.
En los carriles de uso libre, es preciso nadar circulando siempre por la derecha.

No se permite:

Correr por la playa de la piscina y se tienen que seguir siempre las indicaciones de los socorristas y del personal de la instalación.
Atravesar los carriles, ya que, puede interrumpir la actividad del resto de usuarios.
Acceder con ropa o calzado de la calle a la zona de baño excepto en las visitas puntuales autorizadas por recepción y con protectores específicos de calzado.
No se permite jugar en la piscina en horarios no establecidos para esta finalidad, ni la utilización de cualquier material (pelotas hinchables u otros objetos que puedan suponer riesgo o molestia para los demás usuarios).
Está prohibido el acceso a personas que padezcan enfermedades infecciosas, que presenten una herida abierta o con problemas e infecciones dérmicas.
La entrada a menores de 12 años si no van acompañados por una persona adulta (mayor de 18 años).
Fumar o comer.
La entrada de animales, excepto los perros guía
Introducir objetos de cristal.
La utilización de aparatos de música.
Hacer topples y el uso de tanga.

Es obligatorio:

Respetar las normas de seguridad de las instalaciones.
Respetar al resto de usuarios.
Hacer uso de las papeleras.
El uso de pañal especial para agua en niños menores de 3 años al igual que el gorro.
Se tiene que respetar los espacios destinados a las diferentes actividades (socios, cursillos, aquagym…).

Cursillos de natación

Los cursos de natación empiezan la primera semana de septiembre y terminan la última de junio. En días festivos no se imparten clases y no conllevan recuperación.
El acceso es por los tornos de recepción y se dispone de 15 minutos antes del inicio para acceder y 15 minutos del final para poder salir. La duración de los cursillos es de 30 minutos para bebes y 45 minutos a partir de tres años.
Siempre se debe acceder con la tarjeta personal del cursillista.
Cada cursillista menor de edad podrá ir acompañado de un adulto al vestuario.
El adulto no podrá acceder a la piscina, salvo en caso de bebés, la persona encargada llamará a los cursillistas a la hora del cursillo y los entregará al finalizar en el vestuario correspondiente.
La edad para el uso de vestuario infantil es de 3 a 8 años, ambos incluidos, a partir de 9 años van solos al vestuario de adultos.
Los bebes utilizarán el vestuario de adultos, ya que el adulto debe meterse en el agua con ellos.
Está prohibido comer en los vestuarios.
Se recomienda el uso de gafas de buceo, el uso de neopreno si lo ven conveniente.
Obligatorio gorro de natación y chancletas.
Obligatorio pañal acuático para los bebes que aún utilicen pañal.

Fitness y Sala Dirigida

Uso para mayores de 16 años.
Se recomienda llegar puntual a las clases por respeto a los demás usuarios y evitar el riesgo de lesión.

No se permite:

No está permitido acceder a las salas con bolsas de deporte o bolsos grandes.
El uso de chanclas, ni camisetas Muscle Shirt.
Tirar el material de forma brusca al suelo.
Comer en las salas.
Elevar el tono de voz de tal forma que moleste a los demás usuarios.
No se permite realizar entrenamientos personales o grupales a personas que no pertenezcan al equipo contratado por Rafa Nadal Club.

Es obligatorio:

Uso de toalla, ropa cómoda y zapatillas de deporte adecuadas a la actividad.
Recoger y limpiar el material utilizado, pesas, accesorios, etc.

Pilates Máquinas

Reserva de plaza en un grupo: el alumno solo podrá asistir a la actividad a la hora y día en la que se haya inscrito.
Indumentaria: se recomienda llevar ropa cómoda, toalla y botella de agua.
Las clases a las que no asista el alumno o que coincidan en día festivo, no serán recuperables.

Vestuarios y Duchas

Es obligatorio el uso de los vestuarios para cambiarse. El acceso es exclusivo para las personas que utilicen la instalación.
Se recomienda no traer objetos de valor a la instalación.
Por motivos de higiene, queda totalmente prohibido afeitarse o depilarse y se tiene que procurar dejar los vestuarios en las mejores condiciones posibles.
Se debe utilizar las papeleras para depositar el cabello, envases vacíos, papeles, etc.
La edad máxima para que un niño acceda al vestuario con un adulto del sexo contrario, es de 6 años.

Taquillas

Los usuarios disponen de taquillas gratuitas de uso diario y de rotación que podrán ser utilizadas vinculando la tarjeta o llave de acceso.
Las taquillas deben quedar vacías una vez que el usuario vaya a abandonar la instalación. Cada noche se abrirán las taquillas que sean de uso diario y se retirarán los objetos encontrados.
Si tiene problemas con la apertura o cierre de la cerradura, se debe avisar al personal de recepción.
No se puede dejar alimentos en las taquillas.
La instalación dispone de taquillas de alquiler.
En el caso de taquilla de alquiler, el usuario es el responsable del buen uso y mantenimiento higiénico de la taquilla.

NORMATIVA SPA

No está permitida la entrada a menores de 18 años.
No está permitido el uso de móvil en la zona hidrotermal.
Es obligatorio el uso de bañador o bikini y chanclas.
Es obligatorio el uso de gorro de baño para el uso de las diferentes piscinas.
Es obligatorio el uso de toalla en la sauna.
Por respeto a los demás usuarios, se ruega mantener un tono de voz moderado.
Recomendamos no utilizar el spa en caso de: embarazo hasta el 3r mes, para embarazo de riesgo se debe consultar con su médico; hipertensión severa o no controlada; hipotensión severa; enfermedades infecciosas en la piel; alteraciones cardiovasculares sin consentimiento de su médico; bypass reciente.
No está permitido consumir alcohol en las instalaciones.
Aforo máximo 20 personas.
En el caso de reservar tratamientos pueden hacerlo a través del nº de teléfono y whatsapp (+34) 971 25 80 90 o al correo electrónico beautyspa@rafanadalclub.com
Si desea cancelar o cambiar una cita, rogamos avisen con al menos 3 horas de antelación (en los bonos regalo avisar con al menos 24h de antelación). De lo contrario, se cargará el 50% del valor del tratamiento. En caso de no acudir o no avisar se cargará el 100%.

Internal Regulations

GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE FACILITIES

Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday 07:00 to 22:00
- Saturday 09:00 to 21:00
- Sundays and holidays 09:00 to 18:00

Half an hour before closing time, entry will no longer be allowed and fifteen minutes before closing time the training spaces must be vacated for closing.

SPA Schedule
- Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00
- Saturday 09:00 to 20:00
- Sundays and public holidays: 09:00 to 17:00

To access the inside of the enclosure is mandatory to enter through the specific accesses and pass the card or key through the access control. The card or key is personal and non-transferable (lending it will result in the cancellation of the holder). Its loss or deterioration will imply the purchase of a new one.

It is mandatory to always use the changing rooms to change, as it is not allowed to do so in any other part of the facilities.

ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

The first payment must be made in cash or by credit card at the reception desk at the time of registration.
The following payments will be paid by direct debit between the 1st and 5th of each current month.
If you wish to make the monthly payment in cash or by credit card at the reception desk, there will be a supplement of 5€ for administrative costs.
The charge for a returned receipt is approximately €4.50, according to the rate imposed by the corresponding bank, which must be paid with the monthly payment from the 5th to the 25th of the corresponding month in cash or by credit card at the reception desk. If the amount is not paid after this date, the subscriber will be cancelled and will lose the rights of place and registration.
Swimming course fees are payable monthly in September and quarterly from October, January and April. The charges will be made between the 1st and the 5th of the month by direct debit or credit card and if the payment is in cash or card at reception there will be a supplement of 5 € / month.
If you leave the swimming course before the end of the term, the fee will not be refunded.

DIVESTITURES AND MODIFICATIONS

In case you want to unsubscribe, you must notify before the 25th day of the month prior to the month in which the cancellation is requested. This procedure can be done at the reception, signing the cancellation form, or in writing via email info@rafanadalclub.com or whatsapp 971171675; indicating the full name and ID number.
At the end of the contract, you can return the access key and recover the deposit. Cards are non-refundable.
The fact of unsubscribing implies the loss of the registration fee and the rights acquired as a member.
The subscriber may change the type of fee and bank details provided that he/she communicates this before the 25th day of the month prior to the month in which the change is requested.
If unable to attend for a month, the subscriber may request a leave of absence fee which maintains the tuition. This must be requested by the 25th of the month prior to the month in which the change is requested.
In the quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment mode, it is NOT possible to take a leave of absence or leave of absence during the paid period. It can only be done in cases of force majeure.
In the event that force majeure credit is authorized, such credit shall be valid for a maximum of one year from the date of the leave of absence.
It is considered a case of force majeure:
- Illness or injury that entails a prolonged sick leave of at least 1 month of duration for the full member, having to provide the corresponding medical certificate.

BEHAVIORAL NORMS

For the benefit of all, it is necessary that users behave in an appropriate civic manner.
Repeated misbehavior/misuse of the facilities at the discretion of the center, lack of respect or aggression to staff or repeated breaches of these rules, may result in temporary or permanent cancellation as a subscriber of the center, without the right to a refund of any amount paid in advance. The center reserves the right of admission.

Swimming pool

The user who has contracted the pool fee is entitled to use the indoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is for the exclusive use of clients of the Sport Residence.
The pool must be accessed with swimsuit, bathing cap and flip-flops. It is also mandatory to remove make-up and shower before entering the pool.
In the free use lanes, it is necessary to swim always driving on the right.

Not allowed:

Running on the pool beach and always follow the instructions of the lifeguards and the facility staff.
Crossing the lanes, as it may disrupt the activity of other users.
Access to the bathing area with street clothes or footwear, except for specific visits authorized by reception and with specific footwear protectors.
It is not allowed to play in the pool at times not established for this purpose, nor the use of any material (inflatable balls or other objects that may pose a risk or nuisance to other users).
Access is forbidden to persons suffering from infectious diseases, with an open wound or with skin problems and infections.
Admission for children under 12 years of age if not accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age).
Smoking or eating.
The entry of animals, except for guide dogs
Insert glass objects.
The use of music devices.
Making topples and the use of thongs.

It is mandatory:

Respect the safety standards of the facilities.
Respect other users.
Make use of the garbage cans.
The use of a special diaper for water in children under 3 years of age, as well as a cap.
The spaces for the different activities (members, courses, aquagym…) must be respected.

Swimming courses

Swimming courses begin the first week of September and end the last week of June. There are no classes on holidays and there is no make-up time.
Access is through the turnstiles at the reception and you have 15 minutes before the beginning to enter and 15 minutes after the end to leave. The duration of the courses is 30 minutes for babies and 45 minutes from three years old.
Access must always be granted with the trainee’s personal card.
Each minor trainee may be accompanied by an adult in the locker room.
The adult will not be able to access the pool, except in case of babies, the person in charge will call the trainees at the time of the course and will deliver them at the end of the course in the corresponding changing room.
The age for the use of the children’s locker room is from 3 to 8 years old, both included, from 9 years old onwards they go alone to the adult locker room.
Babies will use the adult changing room, as the adult must get into the water with them.
Eating in the locker rooms is prohibited.
The use of diving goggles is recommended, as well as the use of neoprene if convenient.
Swimming cap and flip-flops are mandatory.
Mandatory water diaper for babies still wearing diapers.

Fitness and Directed Room

For use by persons over 16 years of age.
It is recommended to arrive on time to classes out of respect for other users and to avoid the risk of injury.

Not allowed:

It is not permitted to enter the rooms with sports bags or large bags.
The use of flip-flops or Muscle Shirt.
Throwing the material abruptly to the ground.
Eating in the rooms.
Raising the tone of voice in such a way that it disturbs other users.
It is not allowed to conduct personal or group trainings to people who do not belong to the team hired by Rafa Nadal Club.

It is mandatory:

Use of towel, comfortable clothes and sneakers suitable for the activity.
Collect and clean the material used, weights, accessories, etc.

Pilates Machines

Reservation of a place in a group: the student will only be able to attend the activity at the time and on the day he/she has registered.
Clothing: comfortable clothes, towel and water bottle are recommended.
Classes that are not attended by the student or that coincide with a holiday will not be made up.

Changing rooms and showers

The use of the changing rooms is mandatory. Access is exclusively for people using the facility.
It is recommended not to bring valuables to the facility.
For hygienic reasons, shaving or depilation is strictly forbidden and the changing rooms must be left in the best possible condition.
Garbage cans should be used to dispose of hair, empty containers, papers, etc.
The maximum age for a child to enter the locker room with an adult of the opposite sex is 6 years old.

Lockers

Free daily use and rotation lockers are available for users, which can be used by linking the access card or key.
Lockers must be left empty once the user is leaving the facility. Every night the lockers that are in daily use will be opened and the objects found will be removed.
If you have problems with opening or closing the lock, the front desk staff should be notified.
Food cannot be left in the lockers.
The facility has lockers for rent.
In the case of a rental locker, the user is responsible for the proper use and hygienic maintenance of the locker.

SPA REGULATIONS

Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter.
The use of cell phones is not allowed in the hydrothermal area.
It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit or bikini and flip-flops.
It is mandatory to wear a bathing cap for the use of the different pools.
The use of a towel in the sauna is mandatory.
Out of respect for other users, please keep a moderate tone of voice.
We recommend not to use the spa in case of: pregnancy up to the 3rd month, for risky pregnancies you should consult your doctor; severe or uncontrolled hypertension; severe hypotension; infectious skin diseases; cardiovascular alterations without your doctor’s consent; recent bypass.
Alcohol may not be consumed on the premises.
Maximum capacity 20 people.

If you wish to cancel or change an appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance (for gift vouchers, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance). Otherwise, 50% of the value of the treatment will be charged. In case of no-show or no notice, 100% will be charged.

Mediante la implementación de esta metodología, los entrenadores de la Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar preparan a los jóvenes jugadores para sumergirse en el futuro del tenis aplicando sistemas de entrenamiento personalizados combinándolos con las características que han marcado a Rafa y su espíritu ganador.

Por este motivo se incide especialmente en el desarrollo de las siguientes destrezas y aptitudes. Por una parte, la mejora de la técnica a través de los golpes y de los apoyos. Por otro lado, la concepción del juego a través de la táctica, la mentalidad competitiva y el saber aprender de las victorias y derrotas mediante la gestión emocional, la humildad, el respeto y la buena predisposición y lenguaje corporal. Y en último lugar el aumento de la intensidad a través de la movilidad y anticipación, de la concentración y del esfuerzo y la capacidad de superación.

El equipo técnico de la Academia encargado de implementar esta metodología está dirigido por Toni Nadal y coordinado por los Head Coaches: Marc Gorriz, Joan Bosch y Gabriel Urpí. Bajo su supervisión, los Lead Coaches encabezan cada uno de los grupos de jugadores divididos por su nivel y por su edad.

Esta metodología también se aplica a los entrenamientos de la escuela de Pádel, adaptándola a las características de este deporte. La escuela de Pádel cuenta con un equipo técnico específico, con una amplia experiencia en la preparación de jugadores en categorías base, amateur y profesionales.
